Brand Objective
Using key data, we created assets tailored to customer searches in top categories like accent furniture, lighting, and décor. We recognize that shopping for home items can feel overwhelming, especially with all the “rules” we impose on ourselves during the process. This suite of assets was designed to empower customers by offering inspirational ideas, while encouraging them to embrace their unique style and break free from conventional design constraints.
Cross-Channel Design
This suite of assets was developed to address the challenge of helping customers feel confident in breaking design “rules.” Two key concepts we focused on are: “Have you ever been told every living room needs a coffee table?” and “Have you ever been told pastels are too youthful?” Our response? “Let’s prove that wrong” and “Yes, you can” — creating a consistent, empowering message that encourages customers to trust their instincts.
I designed the layouts for these assets and worked closely with the 3D imagery team to develop the lifestyle images, providing art direction, swipe selections, and layout specifications. The design ensures the imagery takes center stage, with a consistent template across all concepts to help build brand recognition for "Style Rules Worth Breaking."
All assets were created to support a seamless, holistic customer journey across social, site, and email channels, providing a unified experience as customers explore and shop.
