Brand Objective
With upholstery as a key category for Joss & Main, we set out to create a comprehensive buying guide that empowers customers to confidently choose the right piece for their home. This suite of assets was designed to provide clear, informative insights, helping customers make informed decisions with confidence.
Cross-Channel Design
Collaborating closely with a copywriter, we developed a suite of assets driven by deep upholstery buyer insights, including key trends, popular fabrics, performance features, and durability. Our primary focus was on functionality, quality, and the upholstery category. To bring this to life, I designed the layouts to maintain a consistent look and feel across all assets, which also helped streamline performance tracking and optimization.
I provided direction to the 3D imagery team to ensure the visuals paired seamlessly with the design plans. This included guiding the imagery style to align with the overall creative direction, from room setups to camera angles and minimal, intentional propping. The result was an elevated look that highlighted the products while incorporating artistic touches, such as script fonts, across all layouts.
All assets were crafted to support a seamless, cohesive customer journey across social media, site, and email channels, ensuring a unified experience that could be optimized based on performance data.
